From the early days as the original deep-fried cheese curds at  A Taste of Minnesota, to making the best fresh-dipped corn dogs this state has to offer at modern-day venues, we have satisfied the appetites of thousands of customers, at hundreds of events, for decades.

Our business is two-fold:

1) Kennedy Concessions has the ability to configure footprints and customize menus to service a variety of events.

We provide tents, equipment and supplies. Our hands-on owners and friendly staff produce deliciously fresh food right onsite for fairs, festivals, concerts and special events.

2) The Blue Ox Burger Bar food trailer is our premier setup at the Minnesota State Fair. This is a build-your-own burger and burger basket destination.
