This is our Minnesota State Fair build-your-own burger trailer.  It is located on the corner of Judson and Clough, just to the east of the Coliseum and in front of the Miracle of Birth Center.   It is at the south entrance to the fairgrounds near the walking bridge over Como Avenue.

The Blue Ox serves delicious hamburgers, cheeseburgers and bacon cheeseburgers.  You customize them any way you want.  The toppings bar is loaded with options so you can create your own Paul-and-Babe-sized giant burger.

Get your burger with crinkle-cut fries or piping hot tater tots.  Top it all off with an ice-cold Coke or fresh-ground coffee.

If you're at the Fair for breakfast, our windows are open by 6:00 am so you can get a sausage, egg, and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, tater tots, and  a steaming-hot cup of fresh-ground coffee.   Or, if you're the early-morning burger type, we'll be glad to grill one up for you right then and there, too!  It's a Burger Bar, after all, right?!
